New YUCHAI 20VT Series: 2250kVA Engine for Critical Power Applications

YUCHAI has just launched the new engine series 20VT . The first model is D2500V3- CR-TA-2065. The engine is designated for backup of Data Centers with the DCP rating =2250kVA/50Hz. The engine is very compact with outstanding load acceptance. It utilizes state of the art of high power diesel technologies and provides switchable speed of operation 50Hz/60Hz. It is turbocharged, aftercooled, V-shaped 20 cylinders 65 liters of displacement. There is installed latest generation of common rail system and ECU control/monitoring system. The main 50Hz engine parameters: ESP rating = 2206 kW; PRP rating = 2005 kW; DCP = 2005kW what corresponds to typical generator operation: ESP rating = 2500 kVA; PRP rating = 2000 kVA; DCP = 2000kVA It is just launched after intensive field tests and is available now with unique Yuchai international warranty.
